   • There are a few things you may need to know about officiating sports in Pennsylvania. This guide will fill you in on the details.​

2. Register to become an official by Applying Online.

   • You may opt to purchase an examination online, but a $40.00 non-refundable application fee will be charged.

3. Complete the USA Lacrosse Interest Form

4. Read up on Rules of Competition.​

   • ​​Before you take the test, you may want to freshen up on the sports you wish to officiate.

5. Attend CPLOA New Officials Training Class​

   • Classes are typically held in February. The location and schedule will be posted here.​​​​​​

6. Login to your account, purchase and pass the online PIAA Officials' Examination, anytime.

   • We test your knowledge to make sure you know the rules!

7. Chapter dues will be $0 for the first year. Each year after that all members will pay $50 in dues.​​​​​
